The INSEAD MBA August 2023 Intake is now open

below are the four application deadlines:

Round 1 - 06 September 2022
Round 2 - 15 November 2022
Round 3 - 10 January 2023
Round 4 - 07 March 2023

What are the differences between the MBA August and January intakes?

The curriculum, course structure, class size and composition, and campus exchange opportunities are identical for the August and January intakes. The primary difference is that if you choose to begin in August, you will complete the MBA in ten consecutive months. If you choose to begin in January, you will have a two-month summer break during which you can pursue an internship or other endeavours.

Hi AvinashKumSingh,

Thank you for sharing your profile with MBA & Beyond. Your extracurricular activities, long-term goals consistent with your work experience, short-term goals highlighted during your work experience, and post-MBA goals tie the true essence of your application together. These are the main strengths of your application. Your 8.5 years of job experience is excellent, especially in the field you wish to pursue in the long run. Mentioning any advancements and benefits you may have had during this time is crucial because it will demonstrate your capacity to succeed in a given environment. Do you have any international experience? If yes, it will be worth mentioning for INSEAD. Since all your goals are interconnected, it will be simple to present a convincingly united face to your future self. You may want to read the article on How to get into INSEAD.You will get to know if you have the qualities and fulfil the MBA requirements INSEAD looks for. Showcasing strong leadership qualities will help you put your best foot forward in accomplishing your post-MBA goals, as the entrepreneurial spirit is very important for a business school application. In addition, your extracurricular activities, particularly the consulting work you do for brands on their international launch plans, the support you give to students transitioning into the workforce, and teaching, help your application reflect the true you. Try to get a GMAT score of around 720+ to maximize your chances. Overall, you have a good profile. What’s going to matter most in your profile is how you connect the dots and craft a compelling narrative. If you'd like, we are happy to hop on a call with you sometime this week to discuss your profile in length. Feel free to book a free session with us at your convenience.

All the best for the R1 submissions every one!

Are we expected to get contacted after the Video essay submission?

Sep 4, 2022

Hey guys, is anyone done with the video essay questions? Would love to know what types of questions were asked! I've gone through loads online and here on GMAT Club, but just want a sense if that's okay practice or not!

Sep 5, 2022

Further to the above - I just did my Kira and bombed it haha, but hopefully the rest of my application makes up for it! My questions (if this helps anyone) were:

- What would be the most challenging part of studying at INSEAD?
- What do you understand about the INSEAD MBA program?
- What is something your family or company has adopted from another culture and what impact (positive or negative) has it had on you?
- If you could have any job in the world, what job would it be?

Sep 8, 2022

My INSEAD Kira video questions were as follows-

1. How would you explain Instagram to someone who has never used it before
2. What are your interests outside of Work
3. Describe a time when you had to adjust to a new culture and how did it impact you
4. Describe a time when a difficult task was assigned to you and what did you do to succeed

Satisfied overall with the process but felt 1 minute was a little less to express the thoughts

Sep 8, 2022

My interview questions -

What are some stereotypes about your culture and how do you feel about them?
What skills does anyone need to work in a group?
What skills will you develop for your next job?
Describe a time when you improved health of an organization.
