In general (based on past discussions with adcom), the EEO + YLP intake for a particular year is ~130-150.avichalchopra wrote: MananS4G, any comments on this?

application form. It is a very important and often underrated component. Before getting to your essays, the adcom goes through the details about your work ex, eca etc and already forms an impression. The LoR is a questionnaire sent to your evaluator.pranhere24 wrote:Hi , Can someone tell me if there is anything else needed while applying to ISB (Normal PGP application). 1. One LOR from someone we have worked with. 2. 2 Essays 3. GMAT / GRE Score. ^ Is there anything else that is needed ?
you should mention. It shows that the gap between two roles is minimal. Expect questions in the Interview.shashwatp96 wrote:I have resigned from my current job after 3 years and will join my new firm from Sep 1. Do i need to mention this in my ISB R1 application this year or can i skip this as my experience would be just 2 weeks at the R1 deadline.

There is a character limit to these answers (100-200 chars) and they need to be well crafted. For evaluations..pranhere24 wrote:
Thanks for the answer. I had a doubt. It is a form consisting of just basic details or does it require any well formed answers as well (similar to essays). And the evaluator can be anyone - Eg. I have a work ex of almost 3 years , so the reporting manager ?

That’s only in case of online GMAT that the score comes in a week or so. If it is at the test center, you get the unofficial score immediately after the test and you can submit that. Either way, ISB should have the proof that the exam was taken prior to 31st August. Last year for PGP R2 and R3, ISB followed the same protocol wrt deadlines.avichalchopra wrote:MananS4G, I had a doubt regarding ISB YLP, if I take the GMAT in August mid .. I’ve heard it takes about 20 days for the official score to come. What if my official score doesn’t come till 31st August? Another thing, what if GMAC does not send the score to isb till 31sg August?

a higher score would be desirable in case there aren’t other spikes in the profile. ISB’s average is ~720 and EEOs are generally expected to be around that or more.GMAT0010 wrote:Hi, would a 710 suffice for EEO? I’m a management trainee at one of the top pharma companies in India.

Thank you, what should I submit as proof then? (sorry for stretching the question)MananS4G wrote: That’s only in case of online GMAT that the score comes in a week or so.
