Do the experience of 5-6 years matters in isb ? As the sweet spot of isb is 4-5 years mentioned in their website ?

The average work experience of the class of 2020 is 4.3 years. So, your 5-6 years of work experience is not too far away from the average work experience. I won't be concerned about it.

can I apply in R1 before receiving the GMAT official score report or do I need to wait for the official score before applying . As we immediately get to know the scores post writing GMAT but official report takes around 1-2 weeks.

You need to give your GMAT before applying- you can not submit an improvised score after submitting the application. While applying you will be asked to upload a score report (if you do not have the official score report then upload the unofficial one-the one which you would get immediately after finishing your exam). This is also what is mentioned in the ISB application portal as well. Hope I have answered your query.

Mid to end June it looks like. The 2021 intake isn’t technically over till now

You application will not be marked complete for further review till you submit your score to ISB.

2021 classes start from June 5. So, I don’t see a probable reason for delaying the next cycle. Rest AdCom would be the appropriate body to answer this, even though it appears to be highly unlikely to me.

should be around mid-Sep as per previous years.

shouldn’t be. ISB will try to move their session closer to the original Apr-Apr timeframe in a couple of years and hence the admissions process shouldn’t stretch like it did this year.
