Hello, I am looking for admissions for 2024-25 batch, when can I expect the application to be out for me to know the essay topics and other criteria ?

Usually the essay topics don’t change every year. Last year topics were:
1. Peer Learning is a major building block of PGP at ISB. Help us in understanding how will you be able to add value to the PGP peer group through your personal qualities/capabilities?
2. What are your short term and long term career goals? How will PGP at ISB assist you in achieving your goals?

Is it advisable to prepare for these essays even though there might be a chance of changes and the essay might go to a waste?
