shreeraj, Thank you for offering your help to prospective applicants. It always feels great when current students take time out of their busy schedules to contribute in forum discussions and dialogue with prospective applicants.

Prospective Applicants: I've just updated the first post with new deadlines. It seems app submission deadline for R1 has elapsed yesterday. How many of you have applied in R1 and any idea about how the interview invites will come out?

I had my interview a few days back. Very friendly interviewer.... more like a conversation. Covered most of the typical questions - Walk me through your resume, Why MBA, Why Olin (and a deeper dive into this), Few more questions specifically about my work experience. And then gave me time to ask a few questions as well. Lasted for about 40 minutes.

My interview was stressful. I was expecting a normal straight forward interview with standard questions. it was entirely behavioral but not a single standard question. I thought I managed to answer pretty well, but i fear that I ended up speaking too fast because I was nervous. It lasted 21 minutes including my own questions. I have no idea what to expect..

That's sucks. Quick question are you younger than the average applicant that could very well be why they may have asked a different line of questionining to gauge maturity i.e. Preparedness for the program.

Also got my interview invite Friday.
