Is it possible to submit my round 1 application without my official GMAT score? My exam is scheduled for 30 August and I also understand that the deadline for round 1 application is 31 August.

Updated on: Jul 6, 2022

Hi adushime, You have to submit your application along with your GMAT score. Please note you must submit either a GMAT or GRE score result with your application, regardless of your previous work experience, studies, or qualifications. Further detail can be found on our FAQs page.

ADVICE TO INCOMING OXFORD MBA STUDENTS

-> Your time is your most valuable resource – use it wisely. The people you connect with, the classes you take, the extracurriculars you do, and the trips you go on will be some of the most formative parts of your experience, so be intentional about how you spend your time.
-> Push yourself outside your comfort zone. An MBA is an opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds than you, to attend events you normally have been able to go to while working and to learn topics that will enrich your professional as well as personal life.
-> Figure out what you really want. An MBA gives you (some) space to take a step back and reflect on your career thus far, and where you want to go moving forward. Take advantage of that opportunity before diving straight in again.

Can some one explain about the college system in oxford? Will the classes also happen in colleges separately or all the 200+ students are taught together though they are allloted to different colleges?

so far as I have understood, a college is like the hostel houses we have in other places around the world. Each college has its own teams, own common rooms, etc. But the classs are held together. I might be wrong and gladly accept any corrections

Hi everyone,

Best of luck for everyone applying for Oxford - I'm a previous admit from 2 years ago and happy to answer any questions regarding the school you may have.

I also have compiled my previous essay along with my commentary and recommendation letter tips which may be useful in how to structure your answers. Please send me a DM if you're interested.

Best regards,
Dleerium

Can anyone tell me what to keep in mind for the video essays and the written question round?

Aug 5, 2022

I am pursuing my MSc Global Finance from the UK after serving eight years in the industry. Can someone tell me how to co relate MSc and MBA in my essay? We know that there is an absolute advantage to having a degree from Oxford in terms of ROI and many others. But I am in search of a concrete answer.

Hey

So, I see there's only personal statement question that we need to submit this year for SBS. The rest will be done online with 30 mins of prep - is that right?

Hey, does anybody know whether an IELTS score is mandatory (Indian candidate) for the Oxford MBA and Cambridge MBA applications?
