Based on previous rounds, did all accepted students get notified via a call? Especially here in Germany?

I wonder if scholarship recipients are only notified over the phone.

Rather than the general admit (no aid), whom would find out over the portal

No that’s not the case. If you’ve been interviewed it’s either a waitlist or ding on the portal. It’s rare that there’s an admit without a phone call but it can happen to one or two people.

We officially communicate all decisions via the application portal. The Committee may also personally contact admitted applicants to share the good news.

I ’d like to hang on that last teeny tiny ray of hope.

Nope. Not everyone

I got accepted but I did not get the call
