For those of you WL, would mind helping me, please? They have asked for a WL essay, but never mentioned the number of words. So may I choose if I want to write 300, 500, or 1000 words? Thank you in advance!

I don't think we will be hearing anything anytime soon. A student from Owen told me that they will reopen our files only after round 2.
If we're lucky we might hear back from them in April/May.

Does Vanderbilt ever release decisions early or only on the “decision date”?

Heyy. It was just an informal conversation with a member of the admissions team. It was nothing like an interview, it was really informal. I believe they will do that with more waitlisters. Pls let us know here!

Hi did any one write to their adcom for any further WL related info

I participated in an event. They told me that they regularly view waitlist candidates. Also till now they have not given any WLs any final admission call.
