Did anyone get call for interview? When they usually call for interview in R1?

Did any R1 applicant receive an admit ?

Any R2/R3 applicants?

Applied on 17th Nov, R2. No news till now. Did anyone hear back?

Nope, still waiting.. I guess it might take 2-4 weeks at least to hear back.

Admitted people, can you please tell me how do Terry tell about $$$?? I can just see that they have recommended my application for acceptence and I shall get an official mail soon. But no where its mentioned about scholorship.

It says the same thing in mine too.. i guess they will inform about the scholarships/assistantships in a separate email in a day or two (vaguely remember that from my interview). Just spoke to my sis who is a Terry alumni, she says that means you are admitted.. this is a part of formal process where Terry sends the admitted applications to UGA. There should be no doubt left about the admission decision. Congrats !!

since u have your sis as terry alumni, can you please let me know how the scholl is for international applicants in terms of placement and living. I have seen it on their website the numbers, but i would like to have ground level info.

Most of the students get it.. even if you don't get it now, you'll get in some other department once you reach school.. so i wouldn't worry too much about it.. i have been to the campus and Athens a lot of times and its a great place to be in..my sis was on a full tuition waiver but that was some few years ago.. dont know if they do that anymore!
