Hi
tennisdude927!
Thanks for sharing your profile with us. You're at a great point in your career to apply. Regarding the co-op, it doesn't typically officially count towards your work experience in terms of the number of months/years (since most schools calculate that by post-college, full-time work) but it definitely still matters in terms of early experience you gained, and thus I would still include it on your resume.
In terms of your stats, your GPA is right in range for those schools (a little below average for Darden, but above for Cornell/Tepper I believe) and your GRE is in range too. If you have more time / can give it another try, I could see a higher GRE score helping you. Those are high enough scores but higher scores could increase your chances.
Otherwise, if you don't have any community or leadership activities, then that could be an area to improve, but you may have just forgotten to list those
Overall seems like good target programs for you.
Hope that helps!
Kate
