Note: I tried to get EMBA rankings from at least one other agency for comparison but looks like neither Businessweek nor the Economist publishes EMBA rankings. Financial times does publish EMBA rankings but they include international EMBA programs so can't really compare them with the US News rankings.

Yes, that's how it should be interpreted. You should cross-check with the school though. The data shown in the table has been taken from US News rankings.
