I can't imagine going through the MBA admissions process without Melissa Jones at Fortuna. Melissa’s positivity and clear understanding of the process from the initial consultation made working with her one of my easiest decisions. Coming from a nontraditional background, with a low test score, and an unclear idea of post-MBA industry/goals, I never thought I would have a chance of getting into multiple US top schools, let alone my dream school (Columbia). Melissa supported me through the entire process, from helping me determine a school list and establish a clear post-MBA vision to cheering me on through multiple poor test attempts.
Melissa is incredibly mindful of deadlines and her diligence is exactly what I needed to stay on track with all aspects of each application. Her prompt communication and thorough reviews always made me feel like I was her only client!

Sharon is the best! I purchased a 2-school package and then added on hourly essay reviews for a 3rd school. With Sharon’s support, I was admitted to and enrolled at Wharton (with scholarship).
Sharon helped me balance applying, transitioning out of the military, and navigating the admissions process. She was always supportive, organized, and responsive. It has been such a pleasure to work with Silpa on my full-time MBA applications to Kellogg (A), Tuck (A), and GSB (WL). When I started the admissions process in June of 2022, I didn't think that I had a shot at getting into any business school with my low undergraduate GPA, average test score, and nonlinear personal and professional path. I could not recommend working with Sharon Joyce more highly! I purchased a 1-school package and then added on hourly essay reviews as needed. With Sharon’s support, I was admitted to Wharton, CBS, Dartmouth Tuck (with scholarship), Yale SOM (with scholarship), Duke Fuqua (with scholarship), UVA Darden (with scholarship), and NYU Stern (with scholarship).
Sharon helped me with the lift of applying to 8 schools R1. In addition to helping me get acceptances at 7/8 of these schools, Sharon made me feel supported throughout the entire admissions process. I was particularly impressed with how she took the time to get to know me as a person outside of my career journey alone. It meant a lot to me that she remembered what I shared and later brought up these points as I was crafting essays or preparing interview answers. This made me feel she was truly invested in my success.
In our first few meetings, Sharon helped me think strategically about how to position my story. During this phase, she shared exercises to think about my strengths and brainstorm what career environments would be most appealing to me (ex: more established firm vs. startup, etc). This foundational work became the basis for my application and paid dividends throughout the entire process.
Beyond the initial application crafting, Sharon eliminated a lot of stress by helping me engage with my recommenders most effectively, craft the most impactful essays I could, and prepare for interviews. She gave me a lot of tips I could not have found anywhere online, which removed anxiety from each milestone in the application journey.
I would recommend Sharon to anyone applying to top MBA programs for not only her expertise, but also for her kindness, empathy, and dedication to what she does. You can’t go wrong working with Sharon!

I wasn’t planning on working with an admissions consultant, but when I got to the application essays, I hit a roadblock. I struggled with developing a cohesive story and expressing my passion for the programs. I also had difficulty finding a balance between sharing my true self and highlighting the key attributes that I knew the Admissions Committee would be looking for.
Based on my needs, I decided to work with a consultant on an hourly basis. After speaking with a few firms, I chose to work with Emma due to her deep knowledge of European business schools, but also simply because I thought we connected well. Throughout the process, Emma provided prompt and honest feedback. However, what struck me most was how much she cared. Despite having a busy schedule, I never felt that she was rushing through my edits. Emma took the time to truly understand the story I was trying to convey and then helped me refine and package it.
Emma and I primarily worked together on my essays for LBS and Cambridge. However, I was also able to apply her feedback to my other applications. Thanks to her help, I received offers of admission from all four of the schools I applied to and fellowships from three of them.

Michel was instrumental in my application process to five business schools. I truly don't think I could have done it without her, and definitely wouldn't have achieved the same result without her expertise and guidance. Michel was always responsive and easy to work with, gave great feedback, and kept me organized as each deadline approached. She has intimate knowledge of what the BS adcom is looking for in applicants, and she went above and beyond at every opportunity to help me put my best foot forward. Bill was so professional when he coached me to chase my EMBA. It's highly efficient under the former gatekeeper of a top business school like Bill， preventing me from endlessly guessing what the adcom wants to know from me and focusing on the truly mattered aspects. Bill always responded to my email within 24 hours and was always prepared to call when I need one. He also had a mock interview with me. I couldn't get the offer from Wharton without Bill's help. Heidi was integral to my MBA application success! I didn't even have a good idea of what schools I wanted to pursue when I initially approached Heidi. She pushed me to get more tactical in understanding my MBA goals and selecting the schools that would allow me to achieve those goals.
I purchased a 3-school comprehensive package with her and one school on an hourly basis, and she carefully thought through what application to start with to make sure I had a good template essay for the remainder of my schools (even the one I didn't get the comprehensive package for). I really appreciated her candid and responsive feedback throughout the entire process. She made sure that I was happy with the personal narrative I wanted to tell these schools and even when I was waitlisted at one of my schools, she helped me through the process, and I was eventually admitted!
If I had to do this process all over again, I would 100% choose Heidi! I was so insecure about my GMAT score, but she made sure other areas of my profile shined and never made me feel that I was a lost cause because of my score.
