After my first attempt, I signed up for the Verbal package and it was extremely helpful. I went from a V38 to a V44.
Breaking it down into three 2-hour sessions was very helpful. I would recommend doing it earlier if possible because you then get the opportunity to practice the methods. SC was my weakest (maybe similar to most people) but the approach is very methodical and really helped me stay cool and calm for each question. Prior, I felt like I was bouncing around a bit much.
Overall, I found it to be very beneficial and would highly recommend.

Before i reached out to gmatknight I had studying alone for ~3 months. I took the gmat twice during this time and got a 630 (q45/v32) and 690 (q47/v37)
SC was by far my weakness and I just could not figure it out so i signed up for hourly sessions just on this. Gmatknight totally changed the way I approached the question type. We really didn’t go over hard grammar rules but HOW to approach the questions. There’s a lot of great internet/youtube content but I thought our tutor sessions were totally unique and worthwhile.
I got cocky and took the test 2 weeks later and got a 700 (q48/v38). I then took RC and CR sessions, and the solving approach also helped me save mental energy and feel better in these sections.
Took the test today and got a 760 (q49/v45), so clearly his approach works. Don’t be like me - use a tutor, and take all 3 sections of his verbal tutoring from the start
I took an official mock two weeks before D-Day and got a disappointing 730 (V40). My self-guided prep with online courses obviously was not working out and I reached out to Aman in a panic. After going through the available tutoring packages, I opted for the popular 6-hour verbal package. Aman managed to accommodate my last-minute request and we finished 3 sessions in a week, something that I’m grateful for.
The 6-hour verbal prep package does not cover the basic mechanics, but Aman goes through his approach to tackling questions in detail. I simply cannot overstate how critical his approach was to my success. We would go through selected questions, taking a deep dive into the subtle complexities involved in each. He would watch me attempt to exercise said techniques to cement my understanding. The tips and tricks I have picked up increased my accuracy for all sections and allowed me to shave time off each question.
Even though we did not spend much time on fundamentals, he was able to pinpoint my weaknesses which allowed me to spend my limited time left shoring them up.
All in all, this course is an excellent force multiplier. If you’re looking for every bit of advantage to push your score past the 750 barrier, look no further.

I worked with GMATKnight for 6 hours total. We did three two hour courses on each verbal section. He was an immense help to me in honing in on my verbal approach, specifically he helped me become more precise with my interpretation of questions, and helped me better absorb information I was reading in CR and RC passages. If you are stuck between two answers frequently, it could be key to spend a couple hours with GMATKnight and figure out what you are misunderstanding to be split between two answers. I would highly suggest GMATKnight if you are struggling with verbal and need to hone your strategy.
2 weeks before my exam I realised that I still needed to practice Verbal so I booked his 6h course which helped me to improve my score considerably. In the end I achieved a V42, starting from a V31
Did not use his quant service at all
