Hey Everyone - I'm a little confused between Magoosh and e-GMAT courses. I'm sure that I need access to some content for verbal, but not very sure which one to pick. Can someone recommend something?

I've been self studying for past 3 weeks, and have to take GMAT in a month.

can you take their trial offers and check which one suits you better?

Thanks for the quick response. I was just thinking of picking one and going ahead with it because of the time constraints. But I guess it's a good suggestion to try both out.

Magoosh course's video lessons size short and concise. I used both the courses. Each video lesson on eGMAT is lengthy and requires a lot of time. Both the course are good for SC and none of them are good for RC and CR.

akshaypandey,
Hey akshay, welcome to GMATClub.
I feel you should take a look at self paced online courses : https://gmatclub.com/reviews/gmat_courses/?fl=menu
Check out the reviews, maybe even take a couple of free trials, have a word with the faculty, check whether their pedagogy suits you, and then take a call.
This is one of the most important decisions in your GMAT journey.
Getting this one right could make a huge difference.

Best of luck.

How are you so sure about this? Which resources have you been accessing so far? What's your target score and how much are you currently scoring?

If the gap between your target and current score is significant, one month might be a bit ambitious Akshay.

My target score is 730. I had taken one official mock without any preparation, and I scored 600 (Quant 49, Verbal 24).

This gave me the idea that I need to focus a lot on verbal, for which I'm preparing from Manhattan prep booklets (for sentence correction) and GMAT Ninja Videos on youtube (for verbal overall). Additionally, I've started taking free courses from e-GMAT to understand their content.

For practicing questions, I'm using the OG 2022 version.

I've taken some time off work (3 weeks) in May. If things don't work out this time, I'll plan to take it again in August. My main goal is to apply during Round 1 and to do that I need to reach my target score by August.

ok, so I guess that V24 needs to be pushed up to V40!

All the best for your prep!
