Both of them took turns to ask their respective questions. The questions were as follows (what I can remember) - - Walk me through your resume at a high level. - Why MBA? Why Fisher? - Short and long term goal? How does your short term help in achieving long term goal? - Which leader do you look upto and why? - Tell us about a time when there was a difference of opinion within the team? how did you resolve it? what did you learn? - what is the best part of your job? - Tell us about a time when you did not arrive at the result you had wanted? what did you do? what you learnt?"

"I had the interview today for the full-time program. I applied in R1, but my application was moved to R2 because of some technical issues on their side (bummer). The interview was with the director of the program and someone from the career center. It was very conversational and they had read my application before the program so they had more direct questions to me. A. Why MBA? Why Fisher? B. Short term and long term goals C. What are the challenges you expect to have at Fisher? D. Proudest moment in both professional and personal life? E. What have you been working on in your own development in both professional and personal life? F. What areas have you struggled with? G. Tell us a time you lead a team. H. Tell us about a time when you received constructive feedback from someone I. Tell us about a time when you showed empathy. J. Tell us about a time when you worked with people from diverse backgrounds. K. Oper floor to questions. A lot of questions were covered in the first 25 minutes and then about 15 minutes of conversation/questions I had for them. They mentioned they are rolling admissions and I may hear back from them before the result deadline."

"The interview was taken online (via Zoom) and lasted for about 35 minutes. There were two guys - one from AdCom and one from Career Management. The questions were: - Take us through your resume - Why a second MBA? Why now? - Short-term and long-term goals - How would Fisher help you achieve these goals? (Why Fisher?) - What challenges do you think you would face at Fisher? - Tell us about a time when you led a team - Tell us about a time when you received constructive feedback from someone - Tell us about a time when you showed empathy - Tell us about a time when you worked with people from diverse backgrounds Afterward, they gave me the floor to ask questions. My first question was about extra-curricular activities at Fisher. However, from their feedback, it was apparent that they were more interested in career-related questions. So, my subsequent questions were directed towards career prospects at Fisher. Tip: If you're an international applicant, make sure your goals are realistic and achievable in the US context. Don't pick a target industry that is not known to sponsor work visas. Conduct your research beforehand keeping this factor in mind."

"Hi Guys, First, I want to point out that my interview was conducted during a preview day, so it was slightly different in that we had been invited to the preview day and the interview was only a small part of it. In fact, one of the people that was also invited stated they didn't realize there would be an interview and didn't feel prepared and the ad com board told them that it would be fine because it was more of a conversational interview. This turned out to be very much true, although it was still an interview with behavioral questions. I had two interviews, one with the ad com and one with the office of career management. The ad com interview was pretty standard. - Take me through your resume - What sort of leadership experience do you have - Talk about a team experience you have - Talk about a time you dealt with someone who was different from you at work - Talk about a time you failed at something - Why Fisher - How do you want to get involved The interview with the office of career management was a lot of the same, but more focused on my career goals with questions like: - What are your short and long term goals - How are you going to make sure you achieve those goals - What classes and clubs are you interested in - What other programs are you looking at Both interviewers were extremely nice and like I said, it was like have a conversation but just with pointed questions."

Walk me through your resume. 2. Tell me about a time where you had to work with a bad manager. How did you deal with the situation? 3. Tell me about a time when your decision led to a conflict with your team members. How did you deal with it? What was the outcome? 4. What keeps you motivated? 5. Tell me about a situation when you had to deal with a coworker who was not ready to work with the team. 6. What factors would affect your decision to select a B school? 7. Why MBA? In the end, there for time to discuss any questions for her."

Skype Interviewed on: Nov 29 2016 Final Decision: Interviewed

"I had my interview via Skype with Fisher Business School (Ohio State University) during March 2014. The whole process was very well managed. The interview scheduling process was smooth and there were multiple interview slots available to interview within a few days of getting the interview confirmation. A lady from Admissions Committee was there to interview and she was extremely friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. We chatted for about 10 minutes after she was done asking me questions. I had a great time overall. I believe it was my second best interview of the season. She made sure I understood that the culture and community were crucial aspects at Fisher. She was very friendly, asked soft and easy behavioral questions. There were no specific surprises during the interview. Great experience overall from the welcome to interview."
