Hi Jks3000,

You will be considered as a fresh applicant since the admissions process for PGP/EEO & YLP are different.

Hi Everyone,

I'll be applying for the PGP program at ISB, R1 this year. however, I am a bit ambivalent about it given my GMAT score of 680. Any insights on what was the median score for this year's applicants who were selected?

Thanks.
A.

Hi ueh55406,

The median score is 710 for this year's applicants. The GMAT score range is between 600 and 780. It was an exceptional year given the situation all around. For the next PGP 2022-23 batch, things will hopefully be better and everything will be hopefully back to normal again.

The PGP application form has 6 sections, and each section has a score. Your GMAT/GRE is just one section of the application. We advice you to work equally on the other sections as well to get a good overall profile-based score.

Hi,

I wish to apply to ISB this year in R1.I have few doubts:

1)If you could tell us, does ISB converts the GRE score to GMAT using ETS converter or they are used as it is.
2) Is GMAT preferred over GRE.
3) The median score for GRE intake for batch of 2021.

Thanks.

Hi sharmajikalaunda,

All waitlisted candidates have received an email from ISB for feedback registration. Please register yourself using the link provided in that email. Once you have registered, you will receive an email/call from an admissions team member for feedback in the next few days (before 30 June).

Hi vibkan,

1) We do not convert your GRE score to equivalent GMAT score, and would advice you not to do the conversion.
2) There is no preference between a GMAT or a GRE. You can give any one or both exams. If you submit both exam scores, ISB will pick the best score out of the two. The GMAT score range with which the current batch has come in is between 600 & 780. The GRE score range with which the current batch has come in is between 313 & 338.
3) Median score for GRE intake for the PGP 2021-22 batch is 328.

It was an exceptional year given the situation all around. For the next PGP 2022-23 batch, things will hopefully be better and everything will be hopefully back to normal again.

The PGP application form has 6 sections, and each section has a score. Your GMAT/GRE is just one section of the application. There have been scenarios in which applicants with high GRE/GMAT scores have not been selected, and applicants with GRE/GMAT scores in the lower end of the score range have been selected. Therefore, we advice you to work equally on all the other sections as well to get a good overall profile-based score which will be considered while shortlisting you for the interview stage.

Hi
Will last year EEO candidates who have been interviewed but not given an admit also receive an email for feedback registration?

Are there any chances for getting into ISB with a GMAT score of 620?

Jun 27, 2021

Does the profile score gives any preference on the sectional scores of GMAT?

710 can be through a split of Q51V35 and Q37V51. Will these 2 scores yield the profile score?

Dear ISB Team

can we expect any feedback for post interview rejected candidates?

Jun 28, 2021

Hi ISBpgpOfficial,

I have reached out on email regarding some queries but its been 10 days so far and haven't received any response. Grateful if some of these can be addressed here:-

1. I have worked under multiple managers and hence wanted to have recommendation from more than 1 person. In such a case, how will ISB view the multiple recommendations?

2. Under work experience, when we have to write the number of years of our work experience, would CA articleship experience also count? Eg: 3 years of articleship + 5 years at PwC. So should I write 5 or 8?

Dear saran9d & Darthader,

The feedback is being given in a particular order. You may write to pgp@isb.edu for receiving feedback, and the team will reach out to you in the order when your turn comes.
