First of all, my thanks to the
mbaMission team for the help you're providing for free.
I just took my GMAT exam, receiving a solid 690 (Q47, V38).
-I'm working for last 2.5 years in Deloitte for the Financial Services department, participating mainly in Financial and Management Reporting projects. I also have almost a year of Internships/Trainee level works during my studying time.
-Educational background is an Acc&Fin BSc (majored in Finance) from the most esteemed Uni of my country (Greece), with a GPA of 7.12/10 (considered above average but not great)
-Extracurriculars include being a member of my Uni's Swimming Club during my studies and taking part in athletic events. I'm also a Community Leader in Deloitte for running the Hiking Team (that's a thing here), organizing monthly excursions and outdoor activities for coworkers and their families.
I'm aiming for MSc in Finance at some of the higher rated universities in Europe, with the aim to get in the financial and/or banking sector in the DACH region, or in Scandinavia.
Target Unis include :
Tier 1: HSG, Hec Paris, Bocconi, LSE(?)
Tier 2: WU Vienna, SSE, Mannheim, NHH (Norway)
What do you think my chances are for each of these goals? I think I should be mostly good for my T2 aims (only question mark is by this time they're mostly in the 2nd round of admissions), but after scoring a 690 I've been wondering if I could have a chance with one of the bigger fish as well.
Any general tips on what to emphasize on my essays etc would also be helpful.
