PROS-
Your GMAT score is good.

CONS -
Tier 2 isn't inspiring.
Too many lateral job shifts.
No Linear growth
Indian IT profile with no outlier achievements

All your current listed schools would relegate you to where you are. If you are keen on 1 year MBA, look at
1) Kellogg
2) Cornell (Your M.Eng will make you eminently eligible for the fab Johnson Cornell Tech MBA)
3) Emory
4) Mendoza

You can always get back to whatever geography you want, but the MBA brand will stick to your profile for a lifetime.

You'll need to articulate very well in your essays to blow away the cons. Essays are achilles heel for Indian IT applicant pool.

Indeed commendable..getting to a 750 score. A rich work experience boosts your profile to an extraordinary level.

I would also add INSEAD to your list. It has a stronger presence in Singapore than the other schools that you mentioned. If you can pull off your essays and interviews well, it might be worth a shot.
