Hello and thanks for your post.
You have a lot of great experience, and I feel that you are on the right track for an MBA. Keep in mind that the typical applicant works for at least 3 years after university before applying for an MBA, so I would suggest you to gain good work experience over the next few years if you want to have a good chance at a top MBA program. Other programs like an MiM require fewer years of work experience. But for an MBA, you already have a good foundation. The application process is truly holistic, and committees will look at your stats (GPA and GMAT/GRE), work experience, and extracurriculars.

Your GPA is decent, so that is a good start. Your GMAT is fine, though compared to others in your demographic, it is below the average. I suggest taking it up to 3-4 times. You have nothing to lose since schools will only look at your highest score. And even a slight increase can boost your profile. You may still want to illustrate to the schools that you have the academic ability to succeed in the classroom. You could showcase your quant ability in your resume, your recommenders could do the same in their recommendations, or you could even take a supplemental course such as stats or calculus. You will certainly have the time to take these types of courses over the next year or two.
In terms of work experience, it will be important to show you have made an impact and demonstrated leadership in your next role. And your work experience should shape what your post-MBA goals will be. You will have to make sure your story makes sense, and is realistic and specific.
Regarding extracurriculars, make sure to really emphasize your leadership roles you have taken on, especially after your university.
If you continue to strengthen your profile over the next few years, you do have a chance at top 20 programs. Hopefully they will see that you have a compelling story and are someone who will add value to the classroom and community.
Good luck!
