Hi
YellowBird,
Thank you for your post. Are you considering an EMBA or a full-time MBA? With 10 years of work experience, an Executive MBA program could work for you depending on your goals. With full-time programs, your chances of admission tend to decrease slightly each year after 6 years of work experience.
That said,
Personal MBA Coach does work with many more experienced professionals who gain admission to top programs by crafting a story to explain their roles to date.
How many times have you taken the GMAT? Take a look at the average GMAT scores at your target programs and keep in mind that it is becoming less typical to see applicants with test scores more than 20-30 points below average gain admission.
It is great to see, however, that you have a wide variety of schools on your list since this will help you maximize your chances of admission. For more tips on school selection,
check out our free e-book.
Feel free to reach out if you are considering hiring a consultant. We work with a lot of folks in finance/fintech and would be happy to help set you up for success:
