Who are the best MBA admission consultants in India?

Updated on: Apr 15, 2022

When I started out for my application, I had to go through that exact same question. I even made a few phone calls to many offices and talked to them but none was quite interesting to me. I continued my search and found a one. I was still skeptic, but hey! I got one of the best.

Have you heard of MBA Crystal Ball? They provide the services through phone call and over the e-mails. Their techniques and the ways they handled my application - which included brainstorming sessions, interviews, profile evaluation - were captivating and very efficient. Search it online, you will get the details. One thing you'll have to keep in mind is that they are expensive, at least they were to me. But if money is not your concern, you should definitely contact them.

Right now, I am being coached by a lady who sits in Assam and I have been lucky enough to have found her.

So, yes. I have given two choices to you - MBA Crystal Ball and the lady. If you want further details on this lady, please pm me. I would be more than happy to introduce you to her.

Edit - 04/15/2022 I am not actively monitoring this section. If you want to reach out, feel free to email me at rex.arkay@gmail.com with the subject line
"MBA School Application Consultant - Request for Introduction".

Hi Nishant7,

Is there a reason why you are 'limiting' your options to a geographic location?

You will likely find plenty of qualified Admissions Experts if you post in the Admissions Consulting Forum here:

I think I am really late in responding to you Nishant. I am sharing my reviews for Pythagurus. When you enquire with Pythagurus, ask for Jatin Bhandari.

https://gmatclub.com/forum/columbia-and ... 43174.html

I had applied twice in the past 3 years ( 2014 with a GMAT 680 and 2016 with a 730. Got admitted to Columbia and INSEAD this year and have decided to join INSEAD January intake. Was hesitant as CBS was a better brand but have chosen INSEAD because of scholarships and duration of the program( Hope I am right in the long run).

Worked with two different consultants across two years. First one ( Name hidden) was okay but there were many factors that led to multiple rejects including low GMAT Score and work experience, school selection and stories. Second one- Jatin Bhandari ( Pythagurus) –recommended by some of my colleagues from Wharton and MIT.

Two months into the process, I was advised by Jatin to take GMAT. I had been resisting this a lot but finally decided to go for it and ended up not applying to any program that year. Decided to travel to the US and Europe to make class visits and realized that it was GMAT Score indeed that was the major roadblock. Visited many campuses and realized- Many admitted students across most of my target programs did not have out of the world profiles but my 680 was staring at me continuously. I had even attended seminars by many ex-applicants of Pythagurus at their Gurgaon center and many admitted applicants from Top 10-15 schools did not have profiles that were way superior than mine (Some were exceptional but not all). Decided to drop the entire year and reapply in 2016.

Final Score: 730
Final Results: Columbia Business School ( 2017 Intake) and INSEAD w/scholarship) - ( Jan intake).

Stanford – Dinged without an interview

Tuck- Reject but not a surprise( Tuck Reject was not a shock. I connected really well with the admissions committee during class visits and I reconnected with them in 2016. However, my interviewer did not like me and that was very evident. He was not convinced with my goals story. He spent 20 minutes in trying to convince me that management consultants really do not do anything in life and investment bankers play with real money and add real value to the industry. He was an ex-banker and a PE guy and probably did not want to accept a perspective different than his. I thought I will write to Tuck but did not and decided to let it go.

Wharton- Dinged after interview.

I owe these admits to a thorough admissions process absolutely and thanks to Jatin for being a great partner. My advice to everyone- Your clarity about how an MBA program can help you achieve your aspirations really is very important. Your research will matter in both essays and interviews. I was advised by Jatin to literally stalk the MBA programs I am aspiring for. I went for a class visit and did informational interviews with the adcoms. I think I literally I spoke with almost everyone who was available to speak across all my schools. I will advise everyone to communicate with all your target programs and understand how they can help you with your goals. As we moved ahead in the process, Jatin changed my understanding of my goals and essays completely. I grew up to realize how I should focus on sub-functions in finance and why value investing at Columbia was very important for me. For other schools, I used a management consulting story.

INSEAD admit came after I had my Visa stamped for US. I was not expecting it as I was not very satisfied with my interview apparently. My interviewer was rude and cold I thought but I think I was wrong in my judgment or probably I misread him after my Tuck interview experience.

I will finally be joining INSEAD Jan intake primarily because of scholarships and short duration of the program.

Finally- thanks to Jatin and Pythagurus for all the help. We did it finally.
Good luck to everyone who is applying.

I will be sharing my experiences in a seminar as well in the Gurgaon center of pythagurus soon. Happy to connect with you if you are around.

After failing to get admission by myself, this year, after a LOT of research and speaking to many admission consultants, I have finally started working with Jatin (Pythagurus) with a 5 school comprehensive package. Its just been a month so cannot tell much, but its been good so far. Jatin is very energetic and upbeat and that helps.

Will post a detailed review once my process is complete. I have got a lot from this forum and would like to contribute by sharing my experiences.

All The Best!

Hello,

Could you please post an elaborate review of how you found pythagurus and their counselling? And the price quote if possible.
Thank you very much.

An MBA offers you a wealth of advantages, especially when it’s from a well-regarded top business school. Getting a high salary after graduation, landing a management position, or even becoming your own boss are just a few other advantages. Everyone dreams to get into a top MBA program such as Harvard, Stanford, Chicago Booth, Kellogg, MIT, or Columbia just to name a few, the problem is that getting in this top programs is really hard. Acceptance in top schools is significantly low and competence is fierce!

The application process is hard, long and daunting. The whole process can take over a year! MBA applicants have to study for the GMAT, write complicated essays, get recommendation letters, master their resumes and prepare for really tough interviews!

There is a consensus that while studying for the GMAT is time consuming, the hardest part is understanding school fit and preparing the essays. Many describe the process as “really stressful” and “time consuming”. Applicants lose focus in their applications and get stressed as they don’t know how to create a good application.

This is why we see a continued grow in applicants reaching out to MBA admission consultants. But how much does an MBA Admission consultant charge? The cost of hiring an MBA consultant ranges from $3,000 to $12,000 USD. Some companies such as Stacy Blackman can charge over $4,000 for support to only one school. This is really expensive!

As we can see, applicants lacking a network of contacts to leverage and the resources to pay an expensive MBA consultant are in a huge disadvantage when applying to their dream programs. Luckily there are new opportunities emerging in the market. A few months ago a group of entrepreneurs at University of Chicago, in a mission to democratize access to top education launched mymbacircle a platform where MBA applicants can connect with mentors who are second year students and alumni of the best schools at an affordable price.

Dec 19, 2018

There are a lot of options in the market today, but in my opinion second year students and alumni of your target schools can provide the best guidance often times.

Strange to see no mention of Experts' Global here. I would recommend taking a look at their offering and having a counseling session with them. Rest, of course, please proceed with a company that you feel confident about working with.

All the best!

Arvind of Dream school admit is good. You can checkout their website

Jan 27, 2019

Dream School Admit (https://dreamschooladmit.com/)
It was my third GMAT attempt and I got the score of 650. I wasn’t very confident of applying, but wanted to go ahead and apply as I knew I won’t be able to attempt GMAT once again. I knew I needed help and advice and I started searching for consultants. I came across many consultant companies on GMAT club. I read testimonials and started writing mails to them. I spoke to the representatives/owners of around 7 companies. Some of them were charging exorbitant fees and some were not willing to listen properly to my needs.
I wasn’t convinced and my further search landed me on Quora. I got to read some interesting testimonials on Quora about Arvind of DreamSchoolAdmit (https://dreamschooladmit.com/) and I thought of giving it a try. I contacted Arvind and the best thing about Arvind is that he first listened to my MBA needs. Before jumping into the prices and package, Arvind helped me craft the story. After we finalized the story, I decided to engage with him for the application and interview process.
Ranging from reviewing and editing my essays, resume, and even the guidance on video essays, every advice of his helped me not only in putting out the best possible version but also a great learning for me as I was getting to know more about myself in the process. Arvind reviewed my Resume 8 times to bring out the best Resume for Adcoms. Arvind had worked closely with Adcoms and so, he knew exactly what kind of questions can be asked. Once invited for interview, you can’t afford to do a blunder in the interviews. Arvind made sure that I deliver best and after 4 mock interviews, I was able to answer any question confidently.
Having Arvind at my side throughout the application process was a confidence booster for me, as he didn’t let me think down even once. He believed in my talent more than I did myself. This is my first testimonial for anyone and I strongly recommend Arvind Arun of DreamSchoolAdmit (https://dreamschooladmit.com/) for the best possible help you can get in the nominal prices. I got an offer from Schulich and awaiting from 1 more college.

I am second-year MBA student at Chicago Booth and wrote about the top MBA admission consultants in this blog post.

The crux is that many top consultants are expensive and inaccessible to most people, since charges vary from $5,000-$10,000. Hence, there are options emerging such as our platform that helps MBA applicants get help from curated mentors who are currently in their target profession or MBA program at an affordable price. Candidates can instantly book mock interviews, essay reviews, resume editing, and school/company specific insights from highly curated students and alumni through 1-on-1 calls.

Wouldn't it be great if we can democratize admissions support to the world’s most coveted business schools and make the process more transparent than it is today through honest & bite-sized mentoring?

Got into Ross, NUS, and ISB with GyanOne’s help. I had done multiple applications in the last month before the deadline, and they helped me build strong apps despite the low time available, and get the admits.

Arvind at Dream School Admit was extremely supportive throughout my application process. I did not have much clarity regarding the application process for B-school apart from giving GMAT. Arvind was an absolute beacon of light. Our in-depth discussions helped me understand the strength, weakness and also the uniqueness of my profile. He helped me get clarity on not only the application process but also helped me understand post MBA goals in greater clarity. He was instrumental in helping me shape and effectively present my ideas for both the essays. In addition, his essay edits were crucial in making AdCom understand what I wanted to convey about myself within the confines of word restriction.
His guidance during the interview process was very on point and the list of topics we discussed upon was very exhaustive. Multiple rounds of mock interviews followed by in depth analysis of answers instilled so much confidence and clarity in me that my actual interview at the school felt more like a conversation with a friend.

Jan 31, 2020

After my very first call with Arvind at Dream School Admit, I was convinced that I wanted to work with him to guide me with my school applications. During our first call he was really enthusiastic about getting to know me and gave me the confidence that by putting in the time and effort I can get into a school of my choice with my profile. One of the things I admire about him is that he is very invested in the applicant and he took great interest in knowing you and your story. Another thing I like is that he is very approachable and you can ask him any doubts no matter how silly the question might seem to you. You can literally call him up at anytime of the day for his help.

He has a remarkable understanding of the admissions process and guided me at every stage of the application process. Also, be prepared to get your initial drafts challenged or even dismissed completely if he feels it is not up to the mark. This is for your own greater good as he has great insights on how to tell your story and he will push you to bring out the best in you. My mock interview experience with him was great. He prepares you to such an extent that the real one will seem easier and you will be much more relaxed and confident. Today, I consider him to be my friend more than anything else. I would highly recommend him.

Generally, I do a lot of due diligence before taking any decision but pairing up with Dream School Admit is one of the quickest and best I have made. From the first time, I spoke with Arvind he just knew what was needed and what has to be done. When it is up to the analytical or technical part ( writing essays, prepping up for the interviews, mocks, etc), he is very good and I knew it from the very beginning but what makes him very special is the relationship he bonds with his students. He was very encouraging form the beginning and always made sure that my morale never went down. He always felt that I had the right work experience and story and to be honest it was Arvind who instilled confidence in me at every point and got me going. He was more like a friend, who I could ring at any point of time and regarding anything.
I don't think I would have achieved what I have without the support from Arvind.

This is my review about my experience with Jatin Bhandari (PythaGurus). From my experience, the absolutely best consultant one can work with!

Admits: MIT Sloan Fellows Program starting 2020. R2.

Profile:
M / India / 40 years. Agri Commodity Trading and Supply Chain Management experience including 7 years in West Africa and 7 in the Indian subcontinent.
Have an MBA from one of the top B-schools in India. But since 2015 got the feeling that it was insufficient beyond a point. I needed a little something to catapult myself into the “next level of things”.

GMAT:
Gave my GMAT in Jan 2018 (700 / V41 / Q44 / AW5.5 / IR 8). Self prep over 35 days. Used the standard core books (in no particular order – OG for GMAT Review, Manhattan GMAT Guide, Kaplan GMAT Prep Plus, Princeton Review) with a load of help from gmatclub.com. Burned the proverbial midnight oil studying 6-8 hours every night after a full day at work. It was intense and tiring, and I knew I could not sustain this for long, hence the 35 day deadline.

Finally decided to start the applications in August 2019. Only hitch was that I hadn’t the foggiest clue about how to go about it. The internet has loads of advice on what each part of the application looks for and how one should approach it, but then how does one know which bit of advice is right and which isn’t. Plus it’s not a one size fits all – an approach or content that works for me may not work for another aspirant due to our varied backgrounds, experiences, aspirations, personality types, KSA etc..

After a month of getting thoroughly confused, decided to follow what I do at work – when in doubt, bring in the professionals! It’s okay to ask for help; this isn’t something one wants to “try”; one wants to give it their best shot and get it over and done with in one go.

Spoke to a host of consultants. While they were all very professional, very convincing and very prompt, I still wasn’t getting the comfort I was looking for. So I decided to look up some user feedback on the net. Was going through a host of feedback on gmatclub, when one post caught my eye. There was this candidate who wrote a terrible feedback about a consultant he worked with, and the consultant answered back on the thread. What caught my eye was how the consultant responded – he didn’t rant. Instead he answered each point made by the candidate with facts, dates, timelines and specifics. Nowhere in his revert was the consultant rude, but he made a strong, logical case without mincing words. That’s how Pytha1Gurus got added to my list.

I spoke to Jatin Bhandari for the 1st time in the end of September. And I found that missing element that propelled me across the starting line. Jatin was articulate, upfront and structured in his thought processes, and asked bloody good questions. He didn’t dive into the sales pitch right away – he spent a couple of hours just understanding my profile, my motivations for applying, my desired outcomes, and in clarifying the rules of engagement. He addressed every query upfront, and was very clear on what he expected from me and what I was to expect from him, and how each of us needed to operate during the engagement to ensure we derive the best from each other. No sugar-coating, no bull-****. And he was amazingly positive about the adventure I was about to embark on.

2 calls later, I paid; and the game was afoot!

Long story short, Jatin delivered on every bit he promised and in the manner he promised. He pushed me when I slacked off, he motivated me when I was on the verge of giving up, he coaxed me when I was delivering sub-par inputs.

Proof of success – The MIT SFP admit.

In the rest of this piece, I’m going to club feedback about Pythagurus with what value an admissions consultant brings to the process. All of what I think a good admissions consultant should do or not do, I’ve learnt from my engagement with Jatin Bhandari and Pythagurus.

1. Why engage with an admissions consultant?
Even Roger Federer, The GOAT in the history of sports, has a coach. A coach is a neutral observer with skin in the game wrt the player’s victory.
1. He observes while the player performs, identifies the shortcomings in the players style, skill, knowledge, attitude and personality. He then benchmarks the player’s abilities to the pool of players he’ll be up against, and imparts specific advice to the player for him to beat each opponent. He also advises how to get out of tough spots.
2. A coach lays down a match strategy depending on the opposition to ensure the player does nto burn out, overtire or get hurt during the match. But he also sorts out the player in case he starts slacking during the match.
3. The coach is also the player’s biggest fan and cheerleader. He shouts encouragements from the sidelines when the player is down, tells him what he’s doing wrong during a match and fights tooth and nail on the player’s behalf.
4. A coach also ensures that the player is working out as required, during his break between tournaments, is getting the right amount of nutrition and sleep, and is maintaining a disciplined regime.
All this is precisely what an admissions consultant (AC) does for an MBA aspirant. An AC is a subject matter expert who makes the journey easier and more efficient, and serves as point of reference for a candidate.

2. Is an AC a must?
Theoretically - No. There is enough material on the internet regarding each element of each school’s application. The schools themselves are more than happy to connect and advise.
Practically – Yes.
- Does one really have time to go through all the material available online?
- How does one know which bit of advice is correct / relevant basis the candidate’s background, experiences and desired outcomes? One size doesn’t fit all.
- It’s always good to have someone to talk to and tell you where you’re going wrong or right?
- Ensuring one doesn’t miss out on any critical elements of any application.
- Ensuring the candidate maintains the discipline and rigour required to meet the deadlines without getting stressed; and submits quality and relevant material.
But hey, It’s not a one size fits all kinda situation. Totally depends on the candidate and his circumstances.

3. What does a good admissions consultant do?
1. Will be honest, upfront and detailed about the services they’ll provide, and their costs, throughout the application process. They will also specify the things not available as part of the package. The most important bit is clarifying if who exactly will you be working with (the main guy, a flunky, etc.); and ensuring that you work with only one person for one application. They also should not ask you to engage with multiple people for multiple things during an application, barring scheduling meetings or calls. Jatin made all this and more clear during our first interaction. I knew how much I’ll pay for what and for how long.
2. Expectation setting: An AC understands the motivation and background of the applicant in detail to help them zero in on a pool of schools that he has a best shot at. The AC then identifies a set of schools above the ideal set and a safety net of schools below the ideal set. Idea is to give a candidate a good shot at achieving his aspirations, while building in stretch and ambition.
3. Game Plan: A good AC should plan how to go about applying to various schools. Which schools to apply to first basis deadlines, material than can be used in subsequent applications, and difficult material first. Jatin was clear on how we should approach my applications, while being flexible enough to incorporate my constraints (mainly timelines and schedules at work).
4. Discipline: Ensuring a candidate follows the schedules and meets the deadlines well before the final date. Avoids last minute panic. Jatin would send reminders if I missed a deadline, and would admonish me for being casual. But if I informed him beforehand, he would also be flexible enough to give me an extension if I had a solid reason.
5. Quality of material: A good AC has experience of the quality that a schools requires in terms of content as well as language. A good AC ensures that the candidate submits the right content for each school.
6. Pushing the candidate’s boundaries: in terms of thinking how capable the candidate thinks they are. Jatin made me see so many things about myself and my achievements in a whole different light.
7. Asking bloody good questions: to get the best and most relevant material out of the candidate’s experience and background. The best AC (aka Jatin Bhandari at PythaGurus) will actually help you discover that there is so much more to your story than you believe.
8. Prioritizing material: Every essay / resume / content in an application deck has a word limit. Which means we cannot put everything we believe is our significant achievement, into an application. A good AC will help you sort through the material to identify the most significant, relevant bits. Jatin made me realize that most of what I thought was important, wasn’t in the context of my applications. He taught me how to express more via a very concise content.
9. Will be driven to make you succeed - will be your most intense Cheerleader and will keep your morale high: Applications are an intense, tough, stressful process. It is but natural for a candidate to hit bottlenecks, get tired, overwhelmed, confused and eventually want to give up. A good AC keeps the morale high, boosts you up when you’re down, tells you it’s okay to feel down and out, motivates you with success stories; and ensures you cross the finish line in style. He is like a pacer that long-distance runners use. Jatin never gave up on me even when I had given up on myself. I still remember when I wanted to give up mid-way when I hit a bottleneck in one of the submissions – Jatin spoke to me for an hour and pulled me out of a feeling of absolute hopelessness. He could just have allowed me to give up, but he fought like a tiger for me, with me! And he never billed me for that time.
10. Finishing touches: Fine-tuning the final material to give it that winning edge. Things like compressing it to the word limits, removing redundancy and polishing the language. Jatin has a fantastic flair for language and structure, and can make a train timetable sound like one of Rumi’s poems.
11. Is honest, upfront, relevant, objective, brutal, DETAILED & SPECIFIC in his feedback, without being unnecessarily harsh. This needs a phenomenal level of balanced EQ, IQ and maturity, which I was lucky to experience with Jatin.
12. Is knowledgeable about which school wants what in an essay: Jatin was clear and consistent on what each school looks for, and made it easier for me to understand what to present and how to present it. The same story can showcase many different things depending on the narrative and the context it is told in, and Jatin took my strongest stories and made them epic.

4. What will a good admissions consultant NOT do?
1. WILL NEVER WRITE THE MATERIAL FOR YOU. They may give you material for reference wrt structure of an essay, language, etc, WILL NEVER WRITE IT FOR YOU. Jatin made it clear upfront that this was my story, and only I could tell it in a fluid, convincing manner. He helped with the critique of the material and by asking insightful questions, but never wrote the core content for me.
2. Will never accept plagiarized material. I’ve faced Jatin’s wrath when in the initial days I sent him an essay with the middle part picked verbatim from an article on the net.
3. Will never compromise on quality of material. Jatin and I went through as many as 5 iterations for one essay to ensure I got to the meat of the matter, but never settled for second best or okay material.
4. Will not accept delays or slacking off or a casual attitude. This helps sustain a sense of urgency and also ensures that the candidate has a visibility of the finish line to keep him motivated during this intense process.
5. It’s not their job to be sweet or nice or polite. Their job is to give you honest, specific, objective, relevant, detailed and specific feedback to improve your material. Thank you Jatin, for being all of this.

Jatin Bhandari did all of the above and more. He was with me every step of the journey, and made the whole process a lot more enjoyable and simpler than it would have been without him by my side. He also enabled me to glean insights about myself that I didn’t know about; with his expertise, guidance and support, my application process metamorphosed into a phenomenal journey of self-discovery.

O Captain! My Captain! Our fearful trip is done;
The ship has weather'd every rack, the prize we sought is won;
The port is near, the bells I hear, the people all exulting,
While follow eyes the steady keel, the vessel grim and daring…

Jatin - Thank you for being there by my side during this daunting and difficult journey. You made it simple, more enjoyable, and an absolute success.

For my MBA application process, I have used the service of https://vibranture.com and I must say it was the best guidance and experience I could have asked for with regards to my admission process.

Vibranture is a great MBA Admissions Consulting firm and Shea Rai was my admission consultant cum guide during the entire process. Shea is an exceptional person to talk to and her rich experience in guiding candidates from all over the world to gain admits to their dream business schools was the exact thing I was looking for when I was searching for consultants to help me with my applications.

As a working professional, taking out time to do my bit of research about the business schools and my candidature’s fit with them, was a tedious and lengthy process in itself. Further to that, I did not want to spend a lot of time figuring out which admission consultant was best for me. I got Vibranture’s reference through a dear friend and an ex-colleague who had worked with Vibranture and got admitted to Kellogg’s 1Y MBA in 2019. This got me more confident about Vibranture’s expertise and capabilities.

Vibranture’s school package pricing is very competitive. Their student testimonials were encouraging and the volume of university/school-specific details and information on their website is huge. Additionally, Vibranture’s reputation in helping potential MBA aspirants convert their dream school applications into admission offers finally motivated me to get in touch with her.
Soon after my discussion, I signed up for the Vibranture Full Service that includes comprehensive coverage of school research and selection, essay preparation, resume building, full application review, and interview preparation.

Right from my first interaction to this day, long after I have had admit offers in hand, every conversation with Vibranture has been insightful, thought-provoking, fun, meaningful, personally explorative, and above all, enriching. The sheer amount of knowledge and expertise that my Vibranture consultant brings to these discussions, played a vital role in directing my business school research, shaping up my applications, and preparing me for the interviews.

Our early discussions were largely focused on the school-specific research and finalizing the list of target schools.. While I originally had the opinion that this could be done individually and don’t require much time, my discussions with Vibranture enlightened me that it is a crucial step and lays the foundation for the steps ahead. Selecting the right set of business schools for application is not easy. And as an Indian engineer applicant from an IIT, I was among the most generic profiles that the US schools receive every year. The fact that I already had an MBA from India made things more difficult for me, limiting my chances at some of the top schools.

Interacting with Vibranture was extremely helpful in this regard. My consultant really understood my professional and personal aspirations. She was fully attentive to everything I spoke about, noting down key points regarding my background, experience, aspirations, and future goals. Working hand in hand with her, and taking into account school-specific requirements and GMAT scores, I finalized my target schools.

The most important part of the application is the essay section and I guarantee that Vibranture will push you to give your 100% here. My biggest learning was that the essays offer the best opportunity to present one’s unique personality and also suitability for the program. For each essay, I had lengthy in-depth discussions with Shea and, prepared multiple drafts before crafting the final version. Vibranture is not an essay editor service nor do they write on the candidate’s behalf. Their strength lie in bringing the best thoughts and stories out of the candidate. Some of my discussions with my consultant were highly introspective and detailed that I sometimes wondered how she could so ingeniously integrate my small or long-forgotten personal details/experiences in the essays. This is what she does best. and would not accept anything less than the best outcome for her candidate. With tireless effort only comes a deserved result, and Vibranture has always ensured that I never gave up without giving each and every essay of every school my best shot.

Resume building is not an easy task. While education and work experience are the key elements in any resume, an MBA application requires the candidate to usually present a one page CV that covers other aspects of the candidate too, such as volunteering experience, certifications, extra-curricular activities, unique skills, academic scores, etc. Vibranture’s brilliance in this part of the process was her focus on the things that actually matter and make my resume stand out in a pool of applicants. It is quite common for us (applicants) to think that we have a simple profile with little to show big-achievements, but the difference is really in the details. Certain personal milestones or wins might seem irrelevant, but my Vibranture consultant knew what to keep and what to exclude from the resume. Her own experience as an MBA student from a top US B-school and years of experience in working with MBA aspirants all over the world has given her a deep understanding of what all the admission committee is looking for in a potential candidate.

Once the applications were underway, Vibranture even helped me with the additional details such as goal statements, short questions, activities’ list and other smaller but important parts of the application, thus helping me prepare a well-rounded application.

Interview preparation with Vibranture was another eye opening experience. After applications were done, over the next few weeks, we must have covered several dozens of commonly asked interview questions, loads of university-specific questions, and several other points that could be expected to be raised in a business school interview. Mock interviews with my consultant over Skype followed by hour-long feedback sessions on my answers and highs and lows in the interview, and changes/approach required, sealed my preparation and equipped me with the required strength to attend my interviews with full confidence

The overall experience has been really great and well worth their fee. In return, the only thing Vibranture expects is to be prompt, take one’s deadlines seriously and put in a committed effort to make the process successful. They are fully dedicated to each of their candidate and give undivided attention during calls and discussions.

I believe the key to a successful application is patience. From school research to completion of the interview process, the whole journey can last anywhere from 6 months to more than a year. Stay in the game. Do not give up. Be in touch with your admission consultant constantly. Keep regular deadlines while working on the application and ensure that the consultant’s valuable guidance is sought in completing every aspect of the application. Be disciplined. Do not miss deadlines. Work together and success shall follow. Good luck.
